When your item is sold, the buyer pays for the item. The buyers PMF tokens are held in escrow until they receive the
item. As soon as they receive the item they must give a feedback review of the item. If they give a Positive or Neutral
feedback the PMF tokens will automatically be released. If they give a negative feedback, they will be asked to open a
dispute case. Admin will then work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. As soon as the issue is resolved your PMF
tokens will be released from escrow.
When the buyer receives your item, they have 48 hours to give confirmation and feedback. If they do not give
confirmation or feedback with in that time and you have confirmation from your shipping company that the item has
been delivered you can mark the item as delivered through your account. The buyer will then get an email instructing
them that they have 72 hours to give feedback on your item. If by this time the buyer has not given feedback you can
put in a support ticket. Another email will go out warning the buyer that you have put in a support ticket, if they do not
respond within 24 hours with feedback, your PMF tokens will be automatically released from escrow and paid to you.

Listing an item is simple. Give your item listing a title, provide a description and add some good quality photos. Enter the fiat amount of your preferred currency that your item is valued at, and then select a shipping option. Add the shipping value in fiat currency. Our currency conversion system will automatically convert your fiat value of your item and the shipping to the equivalent value in PMF Token for you.
When a member purchases an item their PMF Token is held safely in escrow until the item they purchased has been delivered. As soon as they receive the item and confirm receiving it, they must give a feedback remark to release the PMF Token from Escrow. The PMF Token is paid automatically into your Primereum online wallet. You can then withdraw your PMF Token or exchange it for another currency or use it to purchase items from our catalogue for yourself.
Listing an item to sell in the catalogue is FREE to list until your item is sold. When your item is sold we then charge a very small listing fee of 2.5%. The fee is deducted from the sale of the item when the transaction is completed. The fee is charged against the value of the item only; it does not include the shipping fee. Primereum offers all our sellers the opportunity to use our very unique marketing system which helps to sell your items. You can also select to have your item listed as a featured item for an additional fee of 2% which is also is charged against the value of the item only; it does not include the shipping fee. Primereum has a very large network of online marketers who want to promote your item in exchange for a Promotional commission. This helps your item to get lots of public exposure and sends your item virally to all different forms of online media.
When you list your item you can select what the percentage of commission will be. The member, who successfully sells your item for you, will receive the promotion commission when the transaction for the sale of the item is finalised. The promotion commission is deducted from the amount of the sale item not including the shipping fee.
Primereum has an escrow system which protects all payments that are made in the system to other members. If you purchase a product from the Buy and Sell catalogue your PMF Tokens will be held in escrow until you receive the item you purchased. You must confirm you received the item and give a positive feedback remark. The system will then release you PMF Tokens from escrow and pay the seller.

Members can list an item that they want another member to purchase for them. The listing member finds an item online on another website that is what they want. They copy the URL of the item from the other website and post it into their listing. They put all the details of the item, exact price including shipping, plus they must offer a bonus % incentive to the other members to purchase the item for them. Our system will calculate exactly how much that item is worth in PMF Tokens including the bonus %. When the Wishlist lister completes their listing the amount of PMF Tokens the item is valued at is debited from their Primereum PMF wallet and put into escrow.
When another member purchases the item for the listing member from the website that the listing member has registered the URL from, the purchasing member must provide proof of payment and proof of shipping of the item to the Wishlist lister. When the Wishlist lister receives the item they will give a positive feedback report, which will release the PMF tokens from escrow and deposit into the purchasing members Primereum online wallet.
