PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This elevated 3 bedroom house design has 2 toilets and bath having a floor area of 162 sq.m. It can be built in a lot with at least 15 meters frontage width and 20 meters in length. House designs with an elevated feature are very efficient when it comes to flooding. This house is elevated at 600 mm from the natural ground securing the floor and furnishing from soaking when in time of flooding, especially on low lying areas.

With 5 steps, entering the porch the main entrance opens to the living room with 5.4 m by 4 m size or 21.6 sq.m. living area. One the left side is a one-car garage, the only downside of this is that the garage is not elevated, but since the car can be moved without a problem, the designer just prefers this to below and in line with the natural ground.
Going into the right side of the floor plan, is the master’s bedroom with 4 m by 4.5 m size, with its en-suite toilet and bath and built-in cabinets. Further to the centre of the house is a hallway having each side the additional 2 bedrooms with common toilet and bath.

On the rear is the dining with 3.8 m by 3 m size open on the left side will be the kitchen and a storage area. Dining is provided with sliding aluminium glass door opening towards the lanai and service area. The lanai is a good place to sit or go after fine dining to relax for a bit. A 5 step stair is also provided as a means of access going to the outside or garage.
Long span galvanized iron roofing with tile effect style on steel roof trusses, accents brick walls, cement plastered finished wall, aluminium sliding and awning windows and doors, wood panel doors are the main finish and features of this 3 bedroom house design.
